Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. Fully remodeled in 2024, LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access by stairwell down to a small private beach directly on Lake Erie. Lake is viewable from the Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Come enjoy this brand new cabin in a private wooded setting. Sit on the front porch swing or relax by the fireplace. Enjoy the whirlpool for two and new stylish decor with black metal railing against a backdrop of the finest craftsmenship of woodworking. This cabin was built by local Amish and Mennonite builders. There is a double reclining loveseat and a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. We provide snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, pancaKe mix & maple syrup!

Welcome to the Sunset Cabin! 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Park in a cabin community. Beautiful lake view and wonderful sunsets. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Local wineries. 32" TV with wifi. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway down to lakeshore. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos with a fire pit! Laundry facilities.
