This charming studio has been newly renovated, conceived and designed to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere while located in a unique part in the heart of city center. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (5-10 min walk to Opera, Cascade, Republic square etc.). Comfortable studio with everything needed to live, rest or work. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
