Hot tub in a wooded sanctuary or wander down to your private beach and enjoy the clear waters filled with marine life. Kayak along the protected waters of the lagoon or adventure to Henderson Bay. The half-acre property has ample opportunities for play and exploration. The orchards and ponds offer a mix of manicured and wild landscapes. Keep an eye out for the bald eagles and other birds diving for fish nearby.

This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Enjoy kayaking and bird watching while roasting smores around the firepit. 3 kayaks are available. No Pets please.
