Our property is 13 acres (which you are welcome to explore) and behind our property is a field with cattle. We are only a 5 minute drive from the James River and area to launch kayaks/canoes. Great hiking is nearby and downtown Lynchburg is only 15 minutes away. Liberty University is 12 minutes away.
