Our home is ideally located on the Local market street with most of the shops, restaurants, and bars. As it is in the center of the island and you can easily take the bus to all the destinations or start you hiking to our beautiful trails! End your day, just on your feet, there are restaurants and cozy and cool places for dinner or a beverage. Or enjoy the sunset, relaxing from your veranda. If you are seeking to live like locals, taking part in village life, our home is there waiting for you!

Our newly built independent residence has all the modern comforts and luxurious services that ensure our guests can have quality holidays. At our facilities, tradition blends with the modern trends of architecture and creates a functional and romantic villa that leaves unforgettable memories to every visitor. It consists of a large living room with a joined kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can comfortably accommodate 7 people whether it is a family or a group in a luxurious environment.

Aneraida House

Παραδοσιακό διώροφο σπίτι που βρίσκετε στην είσοδο του κεντρικού οικισμού της Απολλωνίας. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια αλλά και για οικογένειες. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο στον κάτω όροφο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ- κρεβάτι στον πάνω όροφο στο χώρο της κουζινοτραπεζαρίας. Στην Απολλωνία, βρίσκουμε τράπεζες, αστυνομικό σταθμό, ιατρείο, ταχυδρομείο, το Δημαρχείο του νησιού, φαρμακεία, μπαρ και εστιατόρια. Πρόσβαση σε όλα σχεδόν τα μονοπάτια του νησιού καθώς έχουν σύνδεση με την Απολλωνία.

Το προσφάτως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα λεπτά οδήγησης από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα της θάλασσα του Αιγαίου από το μπαλκόνι μας και να περιπλανηθείτε μόλις λίγα βήματα από την πόρτα μας βρίσκοντας τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια, bars και μαγαζιά του νησιού.

Our brand new accommodation is located 30 m from the sea, in Seralia, Sifnos. Going down a few steps of a paved path of the area, you will find the Egremnos Luxury House in a magnificent and rocky natural cove of the island. Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Hi all! We are two friends, Manolis & Evelina, who have worked together to create a calm space for visitors. We just finished renovations in Aug 2023! We hope you can kick back and relax in our calm stylish studio :) PS If you are looking for a bigger space DM us; we have our villa right above as well PS2 Manolis is the lucky one to spend the summers in the island, so he will have the best advice!

Niokratis

This lovingly restored traditional Sifnos house is a tranquil gateway a stone throws away from the centre of Artemonas (450m) and a kilometre away from the centre of Apollonia. On the outskirts of the St Luke's settlement it has uninterrupted views of the fields as well as the sea on the side. Giving you the opportunity to sit and relax in the garden while still making it easy to explore Sifnos.  

Chalakia House | Cycladic Home with Pool

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
