It's only a short walk to the Summit Golf Course & Shanty Town. You will have access to the beach club on Lake Bellaire and the Snowshoe outdoor pool. My place is close to Lake Bellaire and has the use of private beach, Torch Lake is nearby, Traverse City (30 min), many great golf courses, skiing in winter (Schuss Mountain), mountain biking (Glacial Hills), Shorts Brewery, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views (stream behind condo), the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.
