This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

The apartment is located at the picturesque port of Antiparos. Close to supermarkets, coffee houses, clubs and the beach. In a 3 minutes walking distance, you can find my restaurant for some local tastes for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is not included in the price of the apartment. The villa is located in one of the most beautiful villages in the south of Paros, called Dryos, built according to the Cycladic architecture and tradition. It has a marvelous view of the village and the sea. The villa is located 500m from the beach and 5 minutes on foot from the village center. There's frequent public transportation to and from the main towns.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly renovated Cycladic house is only a few steps away from the beach. It can sleep up to 5 persons and is fully equipped to provide a relaxing holiday escape. Within walking distance from main town of Paroikia (10-15 min).
