**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

A logged framed housed that is cozy and quiet , stocked with free breakfast foods and less than 2 miles from Mystic hot springs along with a free hot springs called red hills if your into outdoor activities atv/utv trails await as do biking , mountain biking trails and hiking trails. We have some of the best hiking trails and mountain biking trails in the nation with more being put in each year. We have plenty of fishing holes in immediate area less than 1 hour drive, correct # of guest helps

Cozy Warm Glamp w Sauna Access

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Circle Tree Hideout

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

Our Glamping King Skylight Dome at Skyview Hotel offers an elevated camping experience with all the modern comforts. Canyon Wren Haven: A Romantic Retreat for Couples

A couples’ retreat, the Canyon Wren Cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of the yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. The backdrop is beautiful rock form, including a large balanced rock.

Luxury Tiny Home near Capitol Reef

Experience our luxury Tiny Home, nestled in rural Southern Utah, redrock cliffs in the distance, busy Milky Way skyscape, in a quiet little hamlet on the edge of Capitol Reef National Park. From a distance the Tiny Home looks kinda ... tiny - but once inside, there's a feeling of spaciousness and light - high ceilings and lots of windows. It is really ideal for 1-2 people, but there's a comfy sofa bed as well for a 3rd person, and a long padded bench for a fourth. Large deck for stargazing!

This apartment is a home away from home, cozy and comfortable. Featuring all new amenities with a full kitchen, a trendy bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This is a small town with 1 cafe, an old time general store and an LDS Chapel. Close by is Fishlake, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Otter Creek & the Puite ATV trails. You can choose to watch TV or use the free WIFI to surf the internet. The apartment is located in Koosharem, Utah. Across the street is the famous Koosharem Café.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.

Small Town Getaway by National Parks (Unit A)

Centrally located home in a quiet town surrounded by beautiful mountains and national parks. We also have some of the best fishing & wildlife around. We have room to park (free) multiple vehicles/ATVs. We offer free WiFi, washer/dryer, TV, card and board games. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, keurig style coffee maker, toaster, blender, ninja flip toaster oven/air fryer, and waffle iron.
