This place has a style of its own. Located in the centre of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private ( only for the guests ) upper terrace ( reachable by 2 ladders) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area .Sometimes cats come by to say hello , pls don’t feed them. Many restaurants and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros ,there are many!

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Καλώς ορίσατε στο παραδοσιακό δωμάτιο το ¨Καλντερίμι¨.Το κτήριο χρονολογείται από τον 16ο αιώνα και βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό της Άνω Σύρου, κοντά στην Πιάτσα(το κέντρο του οικισμού,όπου βρίσκονται οι ταβέρνες,τα καφέ-μπαρ,το μουσείο του Μάρκου Βαμβακάρη) και τον Καθεδρικό Ναό Σαν Τζώρτζη.Μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη μεζονέτα,που μπορεί να φιλοξενίσει μέχρι 3 άτομα.Από την βεράντα μπορείς να δεις το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος, καθώς και την Ερμούπολη.Σας ευχόμαστε καλή διαμονή και καλές διακοπές.

This is a 90m² apartment on the top floor of a house. It is situated in Ermoupolis on the Vrontado hill above Vaporia. It's location is a perfect mix of close to the sea, to the center and in a quiet area. Renovated with love for self-designed unique details the apartment has loft character and gorgeous views over the Aegean sea, the harbor and the city. Being a private flat the apartment is available only some weeks here or there during the absence of the actual residents.

Χτισμένο το 16ο αιώνα, έχει ανακαινιστεί με μεράκι και σεβασμό στην παράδοση, κρατώντας όλα τα αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά της εποχής. Προσεγγίζεται από την είσοδο του οικισμού «Πάνω Τέρμα». Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 3 άτομα σε 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 καναπέ-κρεβάτι.

The traditional stone building house is located only 200 m. from the entrance of Ano Syros (where all the vehicles stopped). Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!
