This beautiful cottage was built in 1953 and enjoys the rich history of old McKinney. Completely renovated in 2020, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Decorated with an industrial flair, this cottage connects the present to the past. Nestled in the Historic District of McKinney you'll relax with all the modern comforts of home. After enjoying shopping and dining downtown, stroll back home to spend time with friends inside or on the back deck. Amazing Location Our cottage is less than a mile from the Cotton Mill, near many other wedding Venues, one mile from Tupps Brewery, and just a 12-minute drive to TPC Craig Ranch (the new home of the Byron Nelson golf tournament). The Cottage Our cottage sleeps up to five with one king sized bed and one double bed with a pull-out trundle underneath. There is high speed WIFI access and three TV's with Netflix. You can also connect TV's to your personal Hulu, Prime Video, Ruko, HBO, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils, kitchen towels, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, etc. Laundry facilities include a full-sized washer and dryer. The backyard has a beautiful deck.

You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.
