My place is close to the stadium and C. U., in an upscale neighborhood. I am renting the entire second floor, which consists of three bedrooms. (I also have an apartment for rent in the same house).The purple bedroom has its own private bathroom. The blue and ten bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a separate toilet room. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the tan room has an extra sleeping twin size mattress to accommodate a seventh person.

South Oaks Guesthouse

A completely private suite in our guesthouse. Enjoy a king bed, private bath, seating area and small kitchen area in the quiet, lush countryside. Famous homemade coffeecake will be in room. There is no TV in the room. No Smoking or Vaping. The Hot Tub is not available for guests at this time. Pool is available at an additional charge of 35$. The dogs name is Jake. He might greet you when you arrive.
