Welcome to the guest cottage located at Rosario Ranch, a 10 acre wooded equine retirement farm. The farm features horses, goats, dogs, cats and other farm animals. Living room with wall of glass doors opens to spacious deck. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or unwind in front of the TV. Kitchen provides space to cook and room for 6 to gather. In the open-air loft, you'll find a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 3/4 bath with tub. Park-like yard features dock and firepit.
