A peaceful, charming house at the edge of town.

My place is perfect for families, There is a beautiful quiet park right across the road. It has a tennis court, walking trails, disc golf, plus walking trails! There are lots of swings and slides for the children. There is a splash pad to cool off! There is also a gym! Our clean house can easily sleep 6 and we do have extra cushions for sleeping extra people. Our house has also worked out great for work crews. We have a full stocked kitchen to make your own yummy meals! There is lots to enjoy!

First 2 guests pay base price, then 3rd thru 10th guests pay an extra 30.00 EACH. NO PARTIES on our farm. We live on property in a separate home. Winery - Vineyard Rustic Cabin

The Cabin is located on the site of Wooden Wheel Vineyards and Winery. For over 80 years this building served as a summer kitchen and wood shed for the main house, which was removed in the 60's. It was turned into a weekend cabin in the 90's and remodeled for your enjoyment in 2018. On site you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the vineyard and winery. If the urge strikes you, you can have some R&R by helping out in the vineyard. Or, just take a walk back to our pond/timber.

The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs. Shepherd's Retreat

Located behind the food forest and overlooking the sheep pasture, this cabin includes a bedroom, living space, kitchenette, ADA bathroom and wifi. Less than a minute's walk away, a full community kitchen and gathering space is available in the folk school, shared with any other guests on site.
