Artist’s Mews

Our family has put a lot of time & energy into renovating this charming 19th-century terraced house in Amble. Our love of art and books has made this home a very unique space. We have left the art and many of our books in situ for our guests to discover and enjoy during their stay. Amble is a small seaside town which has a rich fishing and mining heritage which has recently become a popular destination to explore the coast, castles and countryside of Northumberland.

A lovely 3 bedroom house situated yards from the beautiful harbour front, of the stunning Northumberland coast. Completely refurbished with a modern but homely feel. A spacious, well equipped luxury house with a secluded garden including a decked area with lighting and seating plus an added bonus of a 6 seater hot tub. Plenty to do and see in Amble including a weekly market, boat trips, a wide selection of independent shops, plus award winning restaurants.

Recently refurbished in November 2025, Marine Cottage is a beautifully presented stone-built, mid-terraced property located in the very heart of Amble, with only a few minutes walk to the harbour and beach. Shops, cafe’s and acclaimed local restaurants. The small beach with rocky outcrops has views towards the RSPB reserve Coquet Island, where puffins and grey seals are regularly seen is only a gentle stroll from Marine Cottage.
