ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus). Millvale has a massive amount of charm, with many of the same attributes of Lawrenceville at a lower price point. We're right over the bridge from Lawrenceville & a 5-minute drive to downtown & the North shore stadiums.

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10)
