Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Spacious and welcoming, this fully equipped living area features a secure, separate entry off your own garden and patio. The 700 sq. ft. indoor space has a cozy lower lounging/sleeping area with a gas fireplace. All amenities are provided in the adjacent fully equipped kitchen and 3/4 bathroom with tile-lined shower. Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

We are located in a residential neighborhood, near many restaurants and stores, Lynnwood Convention Center, Alderwood Mall, I-5 and I-405, and only 2 miles for the Lynnwood Light Rail station for easy access to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.
