Welcome to our Modern Kubo House, our home away from home. You want to unwind when you're on vacation, right? A lot of thoughts went into the house's design and amenities. We carefully considered and worked hard to create a more authentic home experience, home-like atmosphere, and comfortable escape in our Modern Kubo House. Our wish is for you to have fun in our little slice of heaven. It is located right in the heart of Brgy. Lucap, 10- 15 minutes walking to wharf and 2 minutes drive by car.

Lucap is 3.5 km away, Alaminos City 1.5 km. The accommodation comprises the whole two-bedroomed house rented as a single let amidst a large and well tended garden with many amenities. The whole property has been refurbished after the recent typhoon damage.
