Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Vanaf het terras zie je de zee! Twee minuten lopen en je bent op het strand. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Binnen is alles aanwezig; keuken, douche, wc, beddengoed, handdoeken, koffie, thee, shampoo. Tegenover het huis is een privé-garage voor uw auto. Het station is drie minuten lopen. Met de trein is het een korte rit naar Haarlem en Amsterdam. Kortom; ideaal voor een heerlijk korte of lange vakantie!

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

Gezellig souterrain in bollenstreek, prive ingang.

Midden in de bollenstreek, vlakbij het station, kun je logeren in ons gezellige souterrain met privé toegang en parkeerplaats. Je kan hier heerlijk ontspannen! Er staan drankjes in de koelkast en een flesje wijn voor je klaar. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen of te wandelen tussen de herten. De steden Haarlem(10 min), Leiden(12 min) en Amsterdam(31 min) zijn met de trein makkelijk te bereiken. Op aanvraag maak ik graag een ontbijt voor je klaar. (€30 voor 2 pers)

Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Mijn ruimte is vlakbij Heemstede-Aerdenhout train station, from there 20 minutes to Amsterdam or Leiden Central station (every 15 minutes). A 15 minute travel to the historical centre of Haarlem or beach and Formula 1 racing circuit in Zandvoort. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance.. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen (met kinderen).
