Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

We are centrally located in Southern Vermont ~ 40 min from several ski areas (Okemo, Magic, Bromley, Stratton, etc.) about one hour from Killington Resort, Mount Snow, and Mount Sunapee (NH), and ~ 20 mins from Brattleboro, VT, or Keene, NH.

It is located between Claremont, NH and Keene, NH making it a great midway point to access both for shopping, area attractions and a number of ski resorts. Minutes from I-91. This spacious studio apartment is located in the former Swedish Congregational Church in historic Swedeville, a secluded hilly neighborhood built by Swedish immigrants in the 1800's. For years it housed Rick and Liza’s stained glass studio, which they have now lovingly and creatively transformed into a residence. The rental is minutes from the interstate and one mile from downtown Brattleboro, but the neighborhood has a rural and somewhat European flavor to it.
