Cijeli stan je potpuno nov ,vrlo svijetao i prostran sa 70m2 prozračnog prostora. Dvije velike sobe:soba br.1 sa super king krevetom za 2 osobe i soba br.2 sa dva kreveta za jednu osobu.U velikom dnevnom boravku nalazi se velika kutna garnitura s mogućnošću razvlačenja za dva dodatna ležaja.Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena za svakodnevno kuhanje. Svaka soba ima zasebni klima-ure Savršeno mjesto kao baza za istraživanje svih povijesnih spomenika, izvrsnih restorana i barova. Blizu Zadarskog mosta.

Casa Ana nalazi se u blizini centra grada u mirnom parku s besplatnim parkingom. Objekt se sastoji od spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom te spavaće sobe s odvojenim krevetima. Izvrsno opremljena kuhinja sadrži perilicu posuđa, mikrovalnu pećnicu, aparat za kavu, toster i druge aparate. U kupatilu su gostima na raspolaganju ručnici, sušilo za kosu te potrebni higijenski pribor. U prostoru za druženje nalazi se TV ravnog ekrana. Prva plaža udaljena je tek 200 metara, prvi restoran 300 metara.

Satellite Tv, Cable Tv, Youtube, Netflix in each room. Doorbell camera on the hallway of my apartment building.

Spacious, bright and comfy apartment, 2 large rooms for 5 persons. A/C in every room (living room and both bedrooms), LCD and WIFI provided. Kitchen fully equipped. FREE PARKING around the building. The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.

Apartments are well equipped with wifi, air condition and free parking on the premises. There is also a shared relaxing area with swimming pool,shower, grill and summer kitchen that guests can use.

Equipment and furniture are entirely new, kitchen is fully equiped. There are two bathrooms with toillettes. Nearby is city bech Jadran, some 250 m away. Downtown is 10 walking distance, but you can also use small boat called "barka" which is rowing boat and makes unique experience for you. You should try it!
