Situated 96km outside Cape Town, it is an ideal getaway right on the beach with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small mezzanine with a sofa-bed for kids (accessed by a wall ladder), a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer and washing machine), open plan dining and lounge and a deck with barbecue. A small coastal cottage roughly 5 min drive outside the harbour town of Saldanha. The cottage is private but connects to the side of our home. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

On the beach! Die Vissershuisie is a romantic three bedroomed cottage built in the traditional west coast style. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite & has a queen size bed. Our rates are charged PER PERSON/per room. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.
