Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

På Stallgatan 12A, så centralt det kan bli, hittar ni detta vackra korsvirkeshus med egen innergård. Lugnt och bekvämt läge, endast ett stenkast från gågatan och allt Ystad har att erbjuda. Entréplan bjuder på vardagsrum, badrum samt kök. På andra våningen finns ett trevligt allrum, toalett och 2 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng, våningssäng och liten balkong. Det andra med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa i anslutande rum. Ystad tågtation ligger 200 m bort och till stranden promenerar man på ca 10 min.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Gästhus med utsikt över åkrarna.

Gästhus om ca. 50 kvm, några kilometer utanför Ystad. Här bor du lugnt och fridfullt precis intill fälten i gårdsmiljö. Utanför altandörren finns en egen uteplats i söderläge. Bil kan parkeras precis utanför huset. I huset finns ett sovrum i bottenplan med en dubbelsäng (180cm) och på sovloftet, som nås via en trappstege, finns två enkelsängar (90cm x 2). Spjälsäng finns att låna. Cykelvägen tar dig hela vägen till Ystad (ca. 7km till centrum), det finns cyklar att låna.

Mindre än 5 min med bil till vackra Ystad och 2 km till milslånga sandstränder och havsbad.Helt nyrenoverat kök med matbord, rymlig side by side kyl/frys, micro, induktionshäll och diskmaskin. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Stort och rymligt kök samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. En promenad på 5 minuter tar dig till stranden där du njuter av fantastisk vy mot Hammars backar och Ystad. I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.
