Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

The Hobbit House

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park are about 15 minutes drive. Piney Mountain State Forest is within walking distance. Mountain biking and fishing are also close by.
