BBQ on the deck and take in breathtaking sunsets on the edge of the forest. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people for an extra fee with 3 BR,2 BA, a game room and a large living room. ONE NON-SHEDDING PET ALLOWED FOR A FEE. INCLUDES GARAGE & AC, ONE OF THE FEW HOMES WITH THIS AMENITY. Fireplace is not available due to potential fire danger zone.

This home is "The Pride of the Sierras" situated on 7.8 acres, strategically located off 140E and in close proximity to Yosemite and Briceburg recreation park. Ideal setting to be refreshed, rejuvenated and invigorated. Marvel in the shady and luscious canopy of oak trees while being entertained by the abundant wildlife. Frequent visitors include deer, quail, wild turkeys and a variety of birds.
