If you’re hungry, you can order delicious pizza from a real Sicilian in town or fine dine at the Accomac Inn which is just a 5 minute walk down river. Perfect road for a walk, run, or bike ride. Our cozy river-side cottage along the Conestoga River is one of two cottages that are within 2 miles of the center of Lancaster City, and have a treehouse-like view from their stance on the hill side. This peaceful escape is a great location to simply rest and restore or experience the best of Lancaster City and Lancaster County tourist attractions. Close vicinity to many local event venues. Lancaster County Central Park is walking distance away. Water access to bring own water activities.

Now using UV technology to clean which uses extra time to sanitize and ventilate see new check in/out. Lovely cottage enjoy amazing sunsets from the back porch with first floor eat in kitchen- full refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee bar and grill. The living room features a comfy sofa and chair for reading with queen sofa bed and tv, 1st floor full bath walk in shower. 2nd floor has a lofted ceiling with a queen bed, vanity, tv, desk and chair. Lockbox entry. Pets allowed - extra fee.

Relaxing, quiet, not visible from the road but close to: ~ Round Top Mountain Resort ~Paulus Mt Airy Orchards ~Yellow Breeches Creek ~Messiah University. (all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! (all within15 miles)

Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area.
