Talossa on pirtti, jossa hyvin varusteltu keittiö, yksi makuuhuone ja saunaosasto. Talon saunaosastolla on kamari, jossa yöpymismahdollisuus ja erittäin hyvä puulämmitteinen sauna. Saunasiipi on rakennettu 70-luvulla ja saunan ja pesuhuoneen pintoja on uusittu keväällä 2023. Nukkumapaikkoja max. 5:lle yöpyjälle. Koiravieraat ovat myös tervetulleita lisämaksusta

Eco Countryside house by the Simo river & hottub

If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

House is located 3 km from the Rovaniemi city center. This house is suitable for couples, small groups and families with children. Onnela Tilava viihtyisä omakotitalo Ylitornion komeissa maisemissa. Talossa on neljä erillistä makuuhuonetta, iso olohuone, keittiö, ruokatila, sauna ja kaksi vessaa. Venerantaan ja Ylitornion hienoille hiekkarannoille on matkaa vain noin 1 km. Ainiovaaran upeat hiihto- ja ulkoilumaastot sijaitsevat lähettyvillä. Aavasaksan laskettelurinteille on noin 15 km matka. Talossa on puulämmitteinen sauna sekä iso aidattu takapiha, jossa lemmikit voivat juoksennella vapaasti.

Lämpimästi tervetuloa majoittumaan sadan neliön viihtyisään omakotitaloon, rauhalliseen ja idylliseen merenrantamiljööseen. Majoitushintaan kuuluu petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet, ruoan laittoon tarvittavat perustarpeet (mausteet, ruokaöljy jne), pyykinpesuaine ja kaikki perus asumiseen tarvittava välineistö. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky ja muissa huoneissa lisäksi 2 levitettävää sohvasänkyä. Rovaniemelle matkaa 120km. Kemiin ja Tornioon 20km.

Santa's Hideaway is comfortable little house with beautiful and peacefull surrounding. It has kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, showerroom, sauna and toilet. During wintertime you can also go country-skiing, alight ski trail is pretty close. Apartment is located two kilometers from city centre, 11 kilometers from airport and Santa's willage. The closest grocery store is only 200 meters away.

Talo on siisti, vuonna 2017 sisältä täysin remontoitu. Luonnonkauniilla paikalla Tornionjoen rantatörmällä. Kesäisin loistavat mahdollisuudet lohenkalastukseen. Syksyisin metsästys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Talvisin ja keväisin loistavat mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun, reitti kulkee vierestä. Reilun 20 min ajomatkan päässä on Ritavalkean hiihtokeskus.

Studio Repo, perfect location 300m from the center

Cozy studio located 300m from the center. - Separate entrance - Well equipped small kitchen (including tea, coffee, spices..) - Bathroom - There is a big garden where Your children can play and try out mini skies and sleds, etc. Our family live in the same house but the studio is a separate apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.

Peaceful grandma's cottage in the countryside in the Torne Valley near the Swedish border. A short distance of less than 3 km to the municipal centre of Ylitornio, 6km to Swedish side Övertorneå for shopping. Around you you will see beautiful valley landscapes on both the Finnish and Swedish sides. The Torne River is less than a kilometre away.
