The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond. Limited kitchen....outdoor cooking only, a propane grill is provided. This is more of an off grid site and we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings & wildlife. (Note the pond is shared with owners and other guests).

There is no running water, however a portable restroom and outdoor shower are at the cabin. 12V lighting & USB ports for charging phones. 2016 Cabin borders the Keuka Lake Outlet/Trail. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that runs from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The Outlet trail is a 6+ mile walking/biking trail with great views, waterfalls, etc. Cabin has heat/A.C, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, USB charging outlets for cell phones. Outdoor cook grill and fire pits for campfires. If more sleeping capacity is needed let us know ahead and we can park our 2021 camper there for you (added fee)
