The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary.
