Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ο ξενώνας μας βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Στείρι Βοιωτίας, στους πρόποδες του Βουνού Ελικώνας, μόλις 20 χλμ από την Αράχωβα και 16 χλμ από την θάλασσα, είναι ιδανικός προορισμός για τις χειμερινές και καλοκαιρινές διακοπές σας. Το κατάλυμα μας προσφέρει ζεστασιά, απομόνωση και υπέροχη θέα στο βουνό του Παρνασσού καθώς βρίσκεται σε πλαγιά, στο ψηλότερο σημείο του χωριού.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
