Need a place to stay? This is it!!! Relax on your way through town, for a day, week, month or more. We are friendly with room to share. A main floor room w/ a queen bed, tiny fridge & TV. Shared full bath upstairs & 3/4 on the main level. Laundry room Driveway Parking Wi-Fi Note: We have 2 cats and 2 small dogs (Paisley & Chloe) who are super friendly. No additional pets please. Conveniently located in the Western suburb of Loretto, which is a 30 minute drive to downtown Mpls and concerts, 40 minutes from the airport. Away from the hurry, yet close to convenience.

Our Studio

Welcome to Big Lake/Monticello! Our one bedroom studio is fully equipped for your stay. Private screen porch, separate, private entrance, full kitchen and walk in shower. Ample parking. We provide a few light breakfast items such as coffee, juice, milk. We will re-supply coffee, tea, bottled water. After one week, paper products are your responsibility We do offer a variety of snack items as well. *note: Minnesota weather is unpredictable. No guarantee porch is “open”until May 1.

Wonderful expansive views of the Mississippi River from your room. This room features a leather mini couch, very comfortable queen size bed, high-speed internet, 46 in LG TV, towels, rags bedding. Easy access to the Second Story deck perfect for relaxing. laundry and common areas included, as a kitchen including everything you would need to cook and clean.
