With a wheelchair ramp & a fenced in yard this house is perfect for family gatherings & making memories. Please note that due to neighborhood restrictions we cannot book to unrelated renters under 27 years old

All season sunroom plenty of seating, pub table & bar. Doggie door in sunroom large enough for 100 lb dog, leads to fenced in backyard. $100 pet fee and $125 linens & bath towels.

There is room for 8 adults (plus 2 kids). Located in the premiere seaside community in the Ocean City area, Ocean Pines, this wonderful waterfront home provides amazing views both day and night. The open floor plan provides guests with lots of room to socialize and bond, but also has secluded bedrooms that provides needed privacy. The outdoor living area is to die for. Sit back and watch the sun set over the canal while you catch up with friends or loved one. Use our bikes!

"Jolly"- Houseboat Getaway

"Tiny house on the water"! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & deck areas to enjoy! 35 mins from Ocean City & Assateague Island. 45 mins from Chincoteague Island. Jolly remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Farmhouse located on a horse farm

Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

Sweet Retreat

Sweet Retreat is conveniently located in Ocean Pines, Maryland. The premiere residential and resort community of Ocean Pines is located eight miles inland from the ocean resort town of Ocean City. Ocean Pines has over 9 miles of waterfront property and 3,000 acres of wooded areas. Community amenities include beaches, a yacht club, golf course, community center, a Beach Club Pool and other community pools. Passes are available at ocean Pines Association.

Forest Grove Retreat

Quaint two bedroom house situated on a large country lot, fire pit, car port. Centrally located between Salisbury and the Beaches... Ocean City and Assateague Island. Distance to Ocean City and Assateague is about 20-30 minutes. The scenic route to Assateague will take you through Berlin, MD. A beautiful town with lots of restaurants and shopping. The second bedroom is off of the main bedroom, has privacy. We have WiFi! Pets are not allowed

Joy in the Morning @ Berlin Boho Bungalow

The Berlin Boho Bungalow is the dream home of a family of artists—a mother and daughter team, a contractor husband, and adult grandkids. Set on 1.5 acres in historic Berlin, MD. There are two units in the house. This is the downstairs guest house. We invite you to start family traditions here and return year after year. As we lovingly restore this old farmhouse, you can celebrate the transformation of a once-abandoned home into something beautiful.

We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.
