The property shares 4.3 hectares of land, half of which is old Grey Box forest. The cottage and main home is surrounded by native gardens which attract a variety of birdlife. You will have access to private and shared outdoor spaces as well as a single undercover car space. Children can run free but will need to be supervised around the dam.
