The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds and, a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! This is our guest house located on our 10 acre horse ranch in the foothills North of the small town of Woodlake. The house is located on Colvin Mountain which gives you great open views of the valley below and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. We do have horses and friendly dogs on the property. We are surrounded by open cattle grazing land. The location is secluded and very safe. The bedrooms, living room, and dining room have full black out curtains if you need to sleep during the day.
