Nestled between the beautiful langkloof mountains at the foot of the Prince Alfreds Pass(longest past in its original state in South Africa) . This is a magical Breakaway just an hour’s drive from the Karoo or the coast. The Main bedroom is cozy and fitted with a double bed and a fireplace, a lounge area in the middle with lazy couches to sit and read a book on and the other bedroom which has 2 stack beds in and can sleep 4 people.

We grow our own veggies, have bee hives and are within walking distance of Kay & Monty wedding venue. The ensuite units all offer tea and coffee facilities. Braai packs, breakfast and dinners - prepared with local, fresh, organic produce most of it grown within 5km's - may be booked in advance. Honey Room sleeps max 2 adults. There are many farm experiences on offer.

Cloud Cottage is located on Voogsekraal estate. The estate stretches along the mountainous and truly breathtaking Prince Alfred Pass. The estate forms part of the Outeniqua Mountains. This means exquisite views, waterfalls and walks.  The cottage is nestled into the hillside, amidst rockery and fynbos. With no neighbouring farms, cell reception, nor electricity, one is able to experience a true getaway.

The Forge at Oakhurst Farm

Stone cottage built in the 1800's. Sleeps a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids in the loft room. Open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge and separate bathrooms. Fireplace, braai facilities, large deck, splash pool & wood-fired hot tub & outdoor shower.

Tree House

An authentic adult tree house built into the bows of a growing rooi karee adult tree (rhuslancea). The dwelling is made of a variety of SA wood varieties and shaped around the stem and branches, allowing humans to live functionally within its arms

Suikerbossie Mountain Cabin

Soak up the peace and quietness while enjoying the true beauty that nature has to offer. The cabin was completed just before the lockdown. The building of the cabin was started by my husband and completed only 2 years later in remembrance of him.
