The cottage is equipped with keyless entry, fiber optic high speed internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, mini-split A/C and heat, and a fully functional kitchen. The two bedrooms have Sealy memory foam mattresses (Queen).

In the middle of the woods. Far from the sounds of civilization and light pollution, in the beautiful blue ridge mountains. 35 minutes from ASU. One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.

Easy hop to Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking and biking, wineries, Boone. About a mile to downtown. We have lovingly restored this 1940s farmhouse in Elkin, located just minutes from some of North Carolinas best wineries! We have all the amenities to make you feel right at home. After a day of winery hopping, come back and enjoy some more wine and cheese in the beautiful, new spacious kitchen, or relax out back at the fire pit, taking in the expansive views! The quaint town of Elkin is located minutes away for dining and shopping, or go for a hike at Stone Mountain!

Welcome to our Moonshine Mini-Mansion. The home is on 8 acres in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina and has just the right amount of every season. Only 30 miles to Boone and 6 miles to Faithfest and Merlefest! The entire home was refurbished with all new finishes, new paint, soft close cabinets, and new flooring in 2019. This is a cozy house, and it is on land aka 'in the sticks.' Due to it being out in the country, you may see a bug or two!
