The Cottage at Deerfield Farm

Spacious farm house in the Dalton Bedroom Community of Beaverdale. Totally remodeled 3 years ago this location is very near many Wedding Venues, Sporting Venues, & sits at the foothills to the Cohutta Wilderness Area. Nearby activities include hiking, mountain biking, kayak/canoeing, golf, disc golf, etc. The entire house is one level & has a low wheelchair ramp from the garage to the living areas. Interior doors are 32”-34” doors with the exception of the 2nd bathroom which is 30”.

$100 fee for pets. no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. This quaint little tiny home is located on the lake with a great dock for fishing! Everything is new inside! We have 7 other homes in this area if you have more people. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the lake and listening to the sound of nature! Be sure to bring your fishing gear or kayaks for a great addition to our home! Peaceful community, impeccably clean and managed with true southern hospitality!

Secluded Getaway in Ringgold, GA

This spacious home is a delightful gathering place for families and groups visiting the Chattanooga area. While just 2.7 miles from the I-75 exit, the home is totally secluded, surrounded by forest. The 4 bedrooms and office (queen sofa bed) can sleep up to 10 people. There are varied sleeping options, ideal for adult individuals and children: the spacious upstairs queen bedrooms each have a sleeper sofa; a pac’n’play, a toddler bed, and 2 memory-foam cots are also available.

This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. If you need a quiet place to just get away for a while, or a clean place to lay your head, we’re here to help!

Welcome to Country Green - a light, airy residence situated in the peaceful, rural Cherokee Valley. The house is roughly halfway between historic Ringgold and Collegedale/SAU/Apison. We cater for 6, but that can be expanded to 8 with the use of a large beanbag that morphs into a queen-size mattress. The house has 4 large ROKU TVs and FiberOptic WiFi with a speed of 500. The hosts live about 400 feet from Country Green if you have any questions or needs.
