Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 kingsize & 1 double bed) bathroom with bath & separate shower. The cottage has gas central heating.

The apartment has it's own ground floor entrance which has access to a small gymnasium, guests can use this gymnasium by simple request just to ensure your own privacy.
