This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Burdoin Mtn Apt is a bright 2nd floor private-access apt w/ open living space, euro-style modern kitchen w/ gas range, washer & dryer and separate bedroom. 1 parking space + street parking. NO SMOKING. The living room has a work space, TV with Roku, a full size pull-out sofa bed, and new AC unit. With views to the east of Burdoin Mtn, our backyard playground for mountain biking and hiking is at the end of our street. Downtown White Salmon is a 10 min. walk. Hood River a 13 minute drive.

The NeuHaus - a Mid Century gem w/ amazing views!

The NeuHaus is a tastefully decorated 2,450sf mid century modern home located just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from downtown White Salmon. You'll get absolutely amazing views of the Gorge and Mt Hood from the house and enjoy the outdoors from a large, 850 sf deck that wraps the south and east side of the home. Located in the middle of a large lot, it's very quiet and private with off street parking and a 2 car garage for storing toys such as kayaks, skis, or wind surfing equipment.

Home within 10 minutes to burgeoning small towns of White Salmon and Hood River. Lots of walking/hiking bike trails and water sports galore.

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

Elsie's View: Cozy Vintage/Modern Cabin

Our 1920s cabin is nestled in the woods along the White Salmon River. 4 people max and be sure to read details about sleeping arrangements. We are best for 1 or 2 adult couples (one queen and one full bed are upstairs in each bedroom, and one full size couch is downstairs). A couple with 1-2 kids can easily work too. What doesn’t work are 4 adults who need to sleep separately - that means doubling up in one of the beds. Well-behaved dogs okay with advance notice.
