My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Basic kitchen, washer, microwave. We have one Queen bed and one Sofa Bed that's 48" wide. Additional very comfortable Futons can be provided to fit 4 to 5 people. our place has a seaview and breeze from the balcony.
