You will hear nature..wind, rain, birds and other ambient sounds, and even experience the glow of the moon. Awake to our peaceful fresh Seattle mornings, and sip a hot beverage on your own porch. A compost toilet in a cedar lined outbuilding is 10 steps away, along with a barrel sauna, fire pit, and lounge area. There is a shower available right inside the main house from 7 am-9pm.

This condo, just steps from Pike Place Market, offers panoramic views of Elliott Bay. Enjoy easy access to the waterfront, shopping, theaters, museums, stadiums, and the Convention Center. With a Walk Score of 98, everything is nearby, and Light Rail or ferries provide access beyond downtown. HOA requires a short-term lease and acknowledgment of building rules before arrival. One complimentary parking space is included in the resident garage - vehicle height limit is 6'4".
