Lovely 1000 sq ft 1 bedroom guest suite. 2 blocks from Lincoln Park, a huge waterfront park with trails leading to a beach front with sport fields and children's play areas. The airport and downtown Seattle are within a quick 20 min drive. This is the perfect location if you are taking the Fauntleroy Ferry through the puget sound.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

Welcome to our geographical oddity in West Seattle – it’s only minutes to just about anywhere! Walk to restaurants and shopping; take a quick trip to the beaches at Alki or Lincoln Park; downtown is just a short drive or bus ride away. Guests have full access to their own modern, quiet, comfortable private guest suite on the lower level of our home, plus a fenced garden/patio area. We're very pet friendly; all well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome!
