Aesthetic Private 2-Bedroom Villa - AMARE Villas

This uniquely designed villa offers complete privacy and comfort, featuring two identical bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom—a spacious terrace with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool completely hidden from outside view. Nestled in the tropical heart of Madiha, Sri Lanka, this peaceful and picturesque retreat is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a luxurious and serene escape for families, friends, or couples seeking modern amenities in total seclusion.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

Shalini Villa

This luxurious, comfortable, spacious modern villa, designed by a student of the famous architect Geoffrey Bawa is set in a secluded lush tropical garden with a private swimming pool (25ft x 12ft) in a quiet residential area in the village of Unawatuna. The villa has been designed with 'keeping cool' in mind in this hot climate. The high ceilings and many french doors from all rooms ensure a constant cooling air flow throughout the villa. The villa is approved by the SLTDA.

The Gatehouse Galle

The Gatehouse is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the local areas of Galle and beyond. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using Uber or Pick me apps allows easy beach and local historic site access.

Relax in a fully private 2-bedroom villa nestled between the river and ocean in Weligama Bay. Each room has a private bathroom. Enjoy a shaded pool, tropical garden with hammock and swing, and a well-equipped kitchen for light meals. BBQ setup available on request. Once booked, the villa feels like your own peaceful home on private land. A discreet caretaker is available to maintain the pool and assist when needed.
