Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Six Points Lodge

This unique and memorable place was hand built by family that resided there. It has been a functioning family farm since 1936. We are proud to keep it going & are happy to show others. The granary is operable to this day. It holds seed wheat for my family farm, Boedeker Farms, where I work. Our family currently farms close to 4,000 acres, which includes 3 of the 4 sections at our location. We also have 250 pairs that we care for.

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. Beautiful hardwood floors and antique doors lend a touch of by gone days to our home on 5th. Located across from the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, you will hear the bells chime at noon and 6PM. Our neutral color scheme and potted plants are sure to soothe your soul. Our home has two queen beds and one bathroom. We offer high speed internet.
