Outside the self contained apartment there are 10 acres of grounds for our guests to explore and enjoy with generous lawns, spectacular views and a 2 minute walk to Annestown Beach using a private path.

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views with seaview outdoor hot tub in summer. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.

Our family restored and enlarged it in in 1975. It has new style kitchen,and bathroom.and a wood burning stove for heating. Near towns of dungarvan and youghal.
