Only a 15-min. drive from downtown Greenville, you'll have easy access to all the city has to offer. Plus, as locals, we're more than happy to share our favorite recommendations with you!

Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!

Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Peaceful and quiet studio located 3 miles south of Ayden. 15 minutes south of greenville/ winterville. country setting 700 ft from Hwy 11. 1/4 mile from a large flea market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Ruku smart 43" 4k UHD TV, 34"x 48" large shower. 36" high vanity. 4'x5' closet. I strive to keep my cleanliness standards above industry standards. Remote controlled heating/air-conditioning. Welcome, this unit is less then a mile away from downtown Greenville which has a very nice assortment of restaurants, clubs and bars all in walking distance. You will be able to see the bridge light up every night from your bedroom window and back porch the house is placed directly beside the Greenville bridge and park which host many events/concerts on the weekends and it is connected to a 3 mile greenway great for walking/running/bike riding. The neighborhood is very friendly!
