We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Beautifully remodeled home with Lake Charlevoix views from the kitchen and front porch. It has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV/internet, and outdoor grill. Downtown Boyne City location makes it an easy 10 minutes walk to downtown, 5 mins to Family Fare grocery store. A short drive to Boyne Mountain and Young State Park. The back deck overlooks a spacious back yard with privacy fences (not fully) on both sides for fun backyard games.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!
