This architectural technique helps maintain a consistently cool indoor temperature throughout the day. Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Additionally, the villa’s thoughtful layout enhances the feeling of absolute seclusion, making you feel completely immersed in nature. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood.
