Elutoas on lahtikäiv diivan, mida saab samuti kasutada magamiseks. Parkimine on tasuta, parkimiskohad on kohe maja ees. Korterisse ei ole oodatud suitsetajad ja lemmikloomad. Lähedal asuvad kohad: 250m raadiuses on spordihall ja Kagukeskus, bussijaama on 900m, keskväljakule 1.3 km ja randa 1.7 km.
