The Lavender House is centrally located, close to downtown Visalia as well as the main boulevard (Mooney). It is a short 40 minute drive to Sequoia National Park entrance & 2 miles from the Fox Theater & the Convention Center.

It is directly under and completely separate from the main living space of the house.
