The WGL offers a 1,740 sq ft PRIVATE access lower apartment on 5 acres featuring stunning views, a relaxing retreat and farm adventures abound. Located along Mossyspring Creek overlooking Paris Mountain, Wandering Goat Lodge is just 5 miles from downtown Blacksburg & VA TECH Campus. The space sleeps 6 and can accommodate more upon request. It's the perfect spot to be "near town" yet embrace nature and the surrounding valley mountains.

Waterfront Cottage w Water Access, Sauna, Hot Tub

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Sit out on one of the two big screened-in porches, go for a swim in the shallow brackish (mostly fresh) water, relax in our hot tub, sweat in the sauna, or throw one of our crab pots in the water and enjoy the spoils of the waters off the Potomac River. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Relax to the breeze off the Potomac in this spacious, waterfront beach house. Located centrally, about 10-15min walk to two beachfronts & town! Waterviews from the living room, media & game room, and an upstairs bedroom with bistro set. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset views! Unwind in the waterview hot tub or clawfoot tub. Upstairs also includes two bedrooms and bathrooms with some Victorian-era charm. Relax to 180 degree riverviews on the deck with a propane grill, hammock, table & chairs.

The Waverly Treehouse

Reconnect with nature and sway with the trees in this rustic treehouse nestled away in the woods with a gorgeous view of Hungar's creek. Enjoy the view from the front porch or while relaxing around the fire pit. Visit the adorable beach town of Cape Charles, complete with a beautiful beach, brewery, distillery and plenty of restaurant options, or stop by the nearby vineyard for some local wine. Usage of dock, kayaks, grill, and fire pit all included. Beach towels and cooler also provided.

The Riverbunk is located on the Rappahannock River in Colonial Beach, Virginia. The scenic River is home to Eagles, ospreys and great blue herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.

Blue Heron Hideaway is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a 120 foot sandy beach, and a large furnished deck with several outdoor seating options, a screened in patio area, an outdoor bar and outdoor dining.

Called the "The Galley". This is the first cabin built on the property. Right on the water with views of the Bay and beach. Galley kitchen, bedroom, small bathroom with small shower, family room with a fireplace and dining area. Big screened in porch w/ fabulous breezes. Literally, right on the water!!! NO PETS. Parking for 1 car.
